FAQs:

Info about when your order will ship.

If you ordered an item that is "ready to ship" then I generally ship between 1-3 business days after time of purchase.

If you ordered something that is "made to order" then I will begin production after receipt of payment.

My current production time required for me to make all of my one-of-a-kind items by hand is 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via my contact page: http://www.jamiespinello.com/contact.html

All buyers receive order confirmation emails, shipment dispatch email notices, and tracking numbers to track shipments. Please check your spam folder for all of these.

I ship US domestic orders via priority mail with tracking and all international orders via first class international which does come with partial tracking.
